MOTAZ MONIEM
MOTAZ MONIEM
I am an international strategic business developer, innovation advisor, entrepreneur, and patent inventor with more than 25 years of global leadership experience spanning Animal Health, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Agriculture, Chemicals, Biosecurity, and International Trade.
As the founder of STRATALIX, a strategic consulting and business development firm based in Lexington, Kentucky, I help organizations expand into new markets, build international partnerships, drive innovation, and accelerate sustainable growth. My work focuses on transforming ideas into commercial success through strategic planning, market development, product commercialization, sales and marketing leadership, and global business operations.
Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to contribute to numerous strategic and commercial initiatives involving leading global organizations, including Syngenta, Bayer Crop Science, BASF, and Dow. These experiences have strengthened my ability to bridge innovation, strategy, and execution across diverse international markets.
Innovation has always been a central part of my professional journey. I am the inventor of the patent-pending Scuba and Freediving Glove with Integrated Rear-Viewing Reflective Structure—an innovative underwater safety solution designed to enhance diver awareness, visibility, safety, and mobility through an integrated reflective viewing system embedded directly into a diving glove.
My passion for innovation extends beyond invention. I am committed to developing practical solutions that improve safety, performance, and user experience, with ongoing efforts focused on next-generation underwater technologies and wearable safety systems.
Beyond business and innovation, I am also the author of After the Plague ~ Art Reborn, a work that reflects my longstanding interest in art, history, creativity, and intellectual exploration.
I hold an MBA in International Business & Policy from the University of Paris-Saclay – Sorbonne and have completed international training in Intellectual Property Rights Use and Management at Michigan State University.
I believe that meaningful growth happens where strategic vision, innovation, and practical execution come together. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about helping organizations and individuals unlock new opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and create value on a global scale.
