Biography
Motaz Moniem is an international strategic business developer, innovation advisor, entrepreneur, and patent-pending inventor with more than 25 years of global leadership experience across Animal Health, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Agriculture, Chemicals, Biosecurity, and International Trade.
Based in Lexington, Motaz is the founder of STRATALIX, a strategic consulting and business development firm focused on market expansion, international partnerships, innovation-driven growth, and commercial transformation. His expertise includes strategic planning, sales and marketing leadership, market analysis, product commercialization, supplier and distributor development, and international business operations.
Throughout his career, Motaz has contributed to projects and commercial initiatives involving major global companies including Syngenta, Bayer Crop Science, BASF, and Dow through his work in chemical formulations, strategic development, and operational management.
Motaz is also actively involved in intellectual property and innovation development. He is the inventor of the patent-pending “Scuba and Freediving Glove with Integrated Rear-Viewing Reflective Structure,” an innovative underwater safety concept designed to improve diver awareness, underwater visibility, safety, and mobility through an integrated reflective viewing system embedded directly into a diving glove.
The invention is designed for scuba divers, freedivers, snorkelers, underwater photographers, rescue teams, military divers, and commercial underwater professionals, with future development focused on advanced underwater safety technologies and next-generation wearable diving solutions.

Motaz holds an MBA in International Business & Policy from University of Paris-Saclay – Sorbonne, and completed international training in Intellectual Property Rights Use and Management at Michigan State University.
