RAYEYE Σ is an innovative underwater awareness concept developed to enhance diver safety, situational awareness, and overall underwater functionality. Designed for scuba divers, freedivers, snorkelers, underwater photographers, rescue divers, and aquatic professionals, the system introduces a streamlined wearable solution intended to improve underwater awareness while maintaining comfort, mobility, and simplicity.
Unlike traditional external mirror accessories or bulky mounted viewing devices, the reflective viewing capability is integrated directly into the glove structure itself, creating a more ergonomic and hydrodynamic underwater design. The concept is intended to help divers maintain greater awareness of their surroundings with reduced unnecessary movement, improved equipment monitoring, and enhanced confidence during underwater activities.

THE OPERATIONAL PROBLEM
UNDERWATER, YOU CAN'T ALWAYS SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING BEHIND YOU
Divers regularly need to monitor buddy position, hose routing, equipment placement, group movement and surrounding activity.
These checks commonly require repeated head turning or upper-body rotation. During longer dives or task-intensive environments, that movement can become inefficient and distracting.

RAYEYE Σ places the viewing interface directly into the glove structure.
When the diver brings the hand naturally into view, the system provides a quick visual reference of nearby activity behind or beside the diver.
The objective is not to replace normal observation. It is to supplement the diver's existing awareness practices through a compact and naturally positioned interface.
